How Assayva, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information, including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data (never shared for marketing).
You deserve to know how your data is handled. In short: we gather only what we need, we never sell it, and we do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
01Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Assayva, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC ("Assayva," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit assayva.com (the "Site"), fill out a form, sign up for email or text-message updates, or reach out to us (together, the "Services"). The Nelson M Group LLC is the business responsible for your personal details.
Assayva is an information service that publishes plain-language educational content about how clinical research works, how to read a study listing, what informed consent means, and which questions to ask a study team, and lets visitors opt in to related updates by email or text. Assayva is not a medical provider, research sponsor, study site, or recruiter and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Whether to take part in any research is always your own decision, made with your doctor.
Your use of the Services signals that you acknowledge this Policy. If it does not suit you, please do not use the Services.
